Chapter one: Part G and H

Night One: Her View



Gentle footsteps were accompanied by louder footsteps; they could be heard through the dimly lit hallway. Millie walked along side Rai with Kushana nestled in her arms (clinging to Dani-boi like he was her life support) Mille looked at Rai out of the corner of her eye “I didn’t much like that crack about me being more of a guy then you, you always say that so I guess you can sleep on the floor tonight and Kushana will sleep with me” Millie huffed knowing that Rai hated the floor but hated having Kushana sleep with him and Millie even more.



Millie gently patted Kushana’s head before looking at Rai with an upset look to her eyes “Rai do you know how worried I was when you left, you didn’t even tell me why you left in the first place” Millie said, her saddened look quickly changed to that of anger “that was really stupid of you”. Kushana squirmed and groaned in Millie’s arms until she was comfortable then she fell silent and still again (Dani-boi still in her vice-like grip) causing Millie to lower her voice. Millie suddenly stopped in her tracks and stared at the floor “sometimes I wonder if you’ll come back at all, we’ve known each other for a long time and I don’t know if you’ll be around forever with that cocky attitude of your’s” her voice was low and sounded teary, Millie looked up with a fake smile painted on her face “but I guess we have until that time comes now won’t we” Millie didn’t moved, she stayed in that one spot with a painted smile on her face.



After a few second Millie continued walking towards her bedroom with Kushana so she could finally put her to bed. Millie stopped once outside of the bedroom, which she shared with Rai and Kushana, she looked at Rai with somewhat saddened eyes “sorry about that, don’t know what came over me. Just forget I said that ok Rai” Millie smiled before opening the bedroom door and walking inside to put Kushana to bed “that was stupid of me…” Millie scolded herself in a low voice “…it was” Kushana whispered with a slight giggle.



Night One: His View



Amon tried so hard to swallow the lump in his throat as he gently touched Hanzsa’s neck with his fingertips, her skin was so white and soft, but the just wouldn’t go down; he bit his lip until his fangs pierced his skin but oddly enough it didn’t bleed at all. Amon looked around to make sure that no one was around before running his fingers along Hanzsa’s neck again; he could feel the jugular vein perfectly. His eyes slowly turned a blood red; he could hear the blood running through Hanzsa’s veins and he could also feel it underneath his fingers



Amon’s mouth slightly opened to accommodate his gradually growing fangs, Amon gripped Hanzsa’s shoulder rather tightly, his eyes turned blood red, the bloodlust consuming him whole, his human feelings were engulfed by the vampire obsession with blood. His now fully formed fangs pierced Hanzsa’s silk like skin, blood slowly seeped out from the two holes from Amon’s fangs. His once aching and burning throat was soothed by the blood coating his throat, Amon unintentionally growled while he was feeding on Hanzsa. Amon came out of his bloodlust trance and removed his fangs from Hanzsa’s neck, eyes slowly turned back to their original deep blue colour.



Blood coated Amon’s fangs as he sat with his back to the fire, the fire felt nice against his cold and almost dead skin “thank you Hanzsa” Amon said, his voice sounded dark and beautiful instead of broken and sore as it did before he had fed “that would have taken a lot of guts to allow a dunpeal to feed on you without knowing the consequences” Amon wiped the remaining blood away from his mouth with the back of his hand then he licked it off, a dunpeal shouldn’t let blood go to waste even though he was only half a vampire.
