1arty-Ninjas Burri and Toshiro

Hey i just want to thank 1AN [link] for letting me draw their very wonderful character Burri [link] and for giving me a reason to dust off one of my long lost beloved OC Toshiro [link]


Im not sure how these two would really get along since it’s Toshiro’s job to eliminate Missing Nin (and in theory Burri from my understanding is a missing nin although has sanctuary with Konohagakure i could be wrong ^_^;; ) Toshiro hails from Yukigakure making the majority of his attacks ice related, however Naruto world law states that you have to have ice around you use such attacks so I’ve given him a special sword that can create snow, ice and even rain. He is in Konohagakure for training, as part of a party that represents Yukigakure’s government within Konohagakure (think like United Nations how every country gets a speaker)
